Senior Social Worker - Support & Intervention Team
Location: Warwickshire (Multiple Locations – Stratford, Myton Park & Atherstone)
Rate per hour: £38 per hour
Working Arrangements: Full Time Contract, Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention.
- Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Public Law work.
- Complete high-quality assessments, care planning and risk management.
- Provide support, guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members where required.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings, conferences and court proceedings as necessary.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with legislation, policy and statutory guidance.
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Significant experience within Children's Services, ideally within a Support & Intervention or Safeguarding Team.
- Strong assessment, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Experience managing complex child protection cases.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound professional decisions.
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.
