Commercial Property, 5+ Years PQ, Nottingham, £55,000 - £75,000 DOE – Our client is a well-regarded regional law firm with a longstanding reputation across the East Midlands. As part of a wider expansion strategy, the team is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Nottingham team. JOB REF:

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises.
• Your caseload will include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• Proven experience handling transactions independently from instruction through to completion
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and billing targets effectively
