THE ROLE:
Experienced Paralegal role in a busy Commercial and Residential Property team, handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on commercial property and residential new build plot sales for developers. Responsibilities include drafting leases, licences, contracts, and related property documents, as well as supporting option agreements, conditional purchases, and auction transactions. The role offers progression towards independently managing files under supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and/or residential property law. You should be capable of opening, managing, and progressing your own caseload independently, and comfortable working with minimal secretarial support while taking responsibility for associated administrative tasks.
