Location: Cardiff – Hybrid
Pay Rate: £15.59 per hour
Contract: Temporary – until 31st March 2027
Hours: 37 - Monday to Friday

Pertemps is recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a busy public sector organisation based in Cardiff. - Respond to a wide variety of customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Process permit and licence applications accurately and efficiently
- Manage and update customer information across internal systems
- Capture and input data with a high degree of accuracy
- Support colleagues within the Customer Hub Team to ensure service targets are met
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution
About You
To succeed as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll bring:
- Fluent in both Welsh and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet strict deadlines
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
