Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm

Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team.
This is a fast-paced role where customer service is key. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and deliveries are coordinated smoothly.

- Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates
- Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating reports
- Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities
