Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Exeter, £60,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working on high-quality, complex projects across the property sector. JOB REF:3500.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied range of work including investment acquisitions, private residential development, local authority and registered provider housing development, estate regeneration, and joint venture projects.
• Working on a diverse range of matters for developers, investors, social landlords, government bodies, local authorities, and private sector clients
• Assisting more senior members of the team with more complex commercial property matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors looking to secure a new opportunity with a friendly and supportive team.
• Strong technical skills and a practical, innovative approach
• Ability to take ownership of matters and work independently where appropriate
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• A solid academic background
